For Ladies and Girls only

What to expect- other than fun...

What to Expect:

Athletes will embark on a thrilling journey through the scenic trails while gaining confidence, honing their skills, and embracing the camaraderie of like-minded girls. Our expert instructors, who are not only skilled riders but also enthusiastic mentors, are dedicated to providing personalized guidance, ensuring every participant feels comfortable and empowered. Clinics will start with 20 to 30 minutes of instruction and practicing essential bike skills. Then groups will head onto the singletrack trails to ride and practice the skills on the trail. Each clinic will focus on a different set of skills including braking, balance position, cornering, climbing, trail scanning, and descending.

Clinic Highlights:

Skill Development: Athletes will learn fundamental techniques such as body positioning, braking, cornering, and climbing. Our experienced coaches will break down complex maneuvers into easy-to-understand steps, allowing riders to progress at their own pace.

Trail Exploration: Groups will embark on guided trail rides that cater to various skill levels, from beginner-friendly paths to challenging terrains. They will explore the natural beauty of Edmonton while applying newfound skills under the guidance of our supportive team.

Safety First: We prioritize safety with lessons on proper gear, bike maintenance, and trail etiquette. Understanding the importance of safety fosters a culture of responsible riding, ensuring everyone's well-being on and off the trails.

Community Building: They will forge connections with fellow riders during group discussions, where experiences and challenges are shared openly. Encouraging an atmosphere of mutual support, we celebrate each other's successes and offer a helping hand when faced with obstacles.

Inclusivity: We celebrate diversity and welcome riders of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities. Our clinic is committed to providing an inclusive space where everyone feels respected, valued, and embraced, fostering a sense of belonging within the mountain biking community.

Fun and Empowerment: Beyond the technical aspects, Transcend is about having fun and feeling empowered. Enjoy laughter, encouragement, and a shared passion for mountain biking. Riders will leave each session with a newfound confidence in their abilities and a network of amazing female riders by their side.
